What happens after the 90 days?
You keep the same tenant and start paying. Nothing to migrate. If you’d rather not continue, you can export your data.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Price only. Monthly is $5 per user; annual is $50 per user — two months free. The product is identical.
Is there a cheaper plan with fewer features?
No. There is one plan, and everything is in it.
How is Ticku licensed?
Per user, with no minimum. One tenant per license, non-transferable.
Can Ticku invoice our clients?
No. Ticku tracks billable hours and flags billable projects. You raise the invoice wherever you do today.
Who owns the data in our tenant?
You do. Export it at any time, and after termination there is an export window before deletion.
